Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1h 31 min of walking + 30 min of walking.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? 1,306/1,300

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2,050 ml of fluid.

    Pass days:6/3

    Calories burned: 32,318/35,000

Thanks for the advises and insights @MaltedTea and @SModa61 I do still have a long way to reach my healthy weight, that's why I try to be flexible. I'll continue what I'm doing now. But when I face hard days, I'll eat just as much as my maintenance and not touch my exercise calories, if I eat more, it's a pass day.

To MaltedTea, I searched for what you've mentioned on MFP, could it be a premium feature? Either way, I do record all my calories daily and I've done really well this month regardless to all the passes.

Goodnight to all of you 💛💛💤

@thabit11 the weekly total feature is available free but only in the app not the website. However, you can see reports on the website and judge from that what your weekly (or monthly) numbers look like. I used weekly numbers while I was loosing and found it works very well as you can have a little extra at weekends or celebration days and compensate on other days.

Agreed @lesdarts180! I'm sure you'll find what works for you @thabit11

Hit my target macros today (40-40-20/protein-carbs-fat) and still got a short walk in. Today is a rest day so hopefully, this all helps with my last two sessions of the KB workout this month. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Also starting to think about April's workout plan. All I know so far is that there will be planks. Many, many planks.

    ---|---|---|---
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | Stretching (20) TOTAL: 20 min
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES | *Base + 89
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES
    ---|---|---|---
*NOTE: Stretching counted as half the exercise calories

Personal Bonus: Did I meet my protein macro for the day (40%)? YES | 40%
    Pass Days Used: (MAR16)(MAR25)
Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.

The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan). Still aiming for a consistent 30 min PR by month-end.

For the weekend of the 20 & 21, my times were faster because I wasn't required to do the 3 sets of ancillary exercises (weighted squats). But, it's also the first time I used the 40 lb KB exclusively.

The number in yellow indicates the number of minutes taken to complete the workout that day

Had a brilliant day in Paris today! Got up late, thanks to longish sleep (for me) and clocks going forward. Beautiful sunny weather, although a lot cooler than in Montpellier, went for a walk in the Tuileries, wonderful park next to the Louvre. Then walked to St Eustache, which has a fabulous organ and was treated to lots of great music. I literally had tears streaming down my face, realising how much I miss live music.
So, ended up with more than 90 minutes walking @MadisonMolly2017, stayed under calories with barbecued king prawns, a seafood salad and a bunch of grapes and tracked everything!
Going to the very posh British Embassy here in Paris tomorrow to get my first jab, for real this time, I hope!

    What a day!! Congratulations @chinkiri!

@Chinkiri how lovely to be able to walk through the parks in Paris. I love Paris ❣

I think I ate too much of the banana bread 🤔. 2,5 slices... 🤦‍♀️ I still have calories left after the workout (40 mins), so it's all good. 👍

Back on track with three yeses today. Exercise was 20 minutes of Pilates, 39 mins cycling and an hour out strolling with my parents.

This week will be challenging as we are back to some semblance of socialising...outdoors. I have my pare T’s coming over for afternoon tea in the garden on Tuesday, drinks in another garden Thursday evening...then Easter weekend. But..I will plan how to manage it and still jane a great time.

@mshawski your 60lb loss is inspiring! Congratulations!

@Chinkiri i love love love walking around Paris. I felt really envious to read your post. it makes me really look forward to the travel ban being over!! Oh to hop on a train to Paris again!!
