    PASS day for me. Got my exercise in, but failed on the tracking. Ate well, but without tracking may have been over. Time to refocus my efforts!

    No exercise, Dr's orders, but I ate well and logged. Not a bad day.

    Got my second Pfizer shot yesterday. I am feeling a little more tired that usual today, but otherwise no effects. Except a sense of relief that I won the race between getting covid and getting the vaccine!

    Bingo! I do not get my second shot until the sixth but I understand exactly how you feel and could not describe it more perfectly.

    Its 2am and im up with a sick baby again im also now sick too. Ah well on a positive note bub being sick, irritable and not sleeping just reminds me wat a good happy lil buba he is! Also hubby helped out so much tonight, dotting over me and buba till all hours. He also cooked and looked after all the cleaning after dinner. He even did it the way i like it lol mopped floors and all lol, was really lovely!

    Yes to all 3 today, using Cleaning as exercise again tho cos more terrential rain plus being sick and all i shld hve just rested but i didn't. Good night Team. Xo

    Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: Totally confused about what I am doing on this with the adjustments. I net 1173 calories, 1605 gross, and 432 burned. MFP said I was within my "range". Completely confused at the moment, but calling it an "ok day". I need to decide if I am going to measure based on gross or net calories going forward for consistency. I think I will measure with gross calories while I am losing weight, and then going for net calories as I maintain?

    Thoughts for daily calories goal
    I need to revisit how I am handling my daily calorie goal for maintenance as I am “failing” in that regard as I lost another 3 lbs while “maintaining” during this month. Having two variables of food calories and exercise calories is challenging for me. In the past I have lost and maintained with less significant exercise numbers so it was more a single variable. I do not want to drop back on exercise as I am doing it for overall health and fitness.

    Just use MFP to calculate my maintenance calories/day. Nutritional needs are estimated at 1590, and it predicts that with exercise, I would need 1862 for 1 hour exercise for days/week. Average Apple Watch TDEE for February was 2126. Average calories consumed/day for February were 1686. With three pound loss over the month, to maintain, I would have needed an additional 375 calories/day for a total of 2073/calories/day. So, my thought for March is to consider my daily goal, 1590 plus daily exercise, but, for planning sake, I will expect that number to be around 1900 calories.
