"Welcome newbies.... my advice is hang in there, don't drop out please. It pays off! None of us are perfect:)we are are in this healthy lifestyle journey.
This is a very encouraging group. The 3 daily habits are what you need whether you are maintaining, losing or trying to gain. It works whether you are on WW or Noom or doing some other form of weight related program. The principle is the same:
Track all your BLT (Bite, Lick and Taste) for the day
stay within your allocated calorie intake
Exercise (UAC only ask you to do any form of exercise for 20minutes)"

Today was a nice day took bub to playgroup which he loved! Made a lovely chicken stir fry for dinner and poor hubby is painting the house atm.
4th March
-Yes i worked out alot more today than i usually do and i feel great for it. Did an 1 hour walk with bub and 20min weights workout.

-Yes tracked everthing and also refrained from temp taste testing bubs food.

@shomanswest @chinkiri @fatbambi2017 @BMcC9 I did not realise there were so many other bakers within the UAC community! I will be reunited with my Kitchenaid in two weeks and predict that my pass days will be used up very quickly after that.^^8 -
Pass day 2. I was hungry all the time. This is why I generally donβt do a full day at home. No work today and my plans kept changing so in the end I only went out for Jiu Jitsu in the evening. Was fairly constructive but also had some good relaxing time so it was a nice balance.10

After a kind of rocky Feb things for March appear to be starting off well. Ok except for perhaps the Texas Workforce Commission letters I received stating I had filed for unemployment. Hmmm. I had to call my boss to make sure I hadn't been fired during the Arctic Vortex and forgot to be notified. Fraud everywhere these days.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes was excited to get my first 7 mile run with 9 minute pace miles the whole way including a 10K under 60 minutes. Not a PB but I celebrate whenever I get under 60 minutes!!!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - I prelog about lunch time to make sure I get the cals right for current TDEEJoke but true...... And most folks are ignoring it..12 -

These past days I have done some π₯ workouts. Glad I could keep up with the young instructors π₯. They looked super fit! I only modified a couple of times and tbh, I start to doubt that they don't sometimes cut π¬ the mini break they might need half way. Got this idea from a Q&A of Heather Robertson. π€
So... 45+ mins of an Epic π₯ HIIT today, let alone the walk πΆββοΈwith my kid midday. Also, I had to watch the kids when they played in the woods, but this gave me the opportunity to tank up on oxigen π. Have about 250 cal left, I tracked as usual and even if I felt like eating the whole fridge in the evening, I stayed put! π11 -

how you feeling? melancholy and a bit frustrated. this tracking everything has made me come face to face with my deliberate self-entitled sabotaging self. there is this particular food I realize I have eaten almost every other day and this is not good. I know better, but I am not doing better. I am now justifying having the food instead of putting it in the treat column, its in the "well I could because" column ..... gotta get my butt together...12 -

I seriously thought that this was the 3rd day of this challenge... only for my kids to remind me I finished day 4!!! Talk about stoked π€

Decided to start back up today, so picked up where I left off 1/21/21- this morning, 85 minutes Week #15 - Day #7 marathon training app out in my happy place on the trails, then in the evening,15 minute treadmill run, 15 minutes on the elliptical, and finished up with a 60 minute Pump-Phase 2 class.

YES, X'S 3 - BUT oy! This was a weird day. RATHER LOW ON PROTEIN - EVEN THOUGH I'M SHOVELING IT IN... GUESS I'LL HAVE TO ADD SHAKES AGAIN... Really ok on everything...except sodium since I used high sodium tuna packs(yuck, I know) ... Like so many - I have been battling the yoyo of the emotional roller coaster it is easy to get on if not careful... prayer...exercise...tracking...repeating... but...I'M STILL WELL WITHIN MY CALORIE COUNT... hoping to get my taxes completed this evening...and might do zumba...then work on them ...then zumba...then work...9
