Did the body move today?? Ooooh yes... push day and the arms are still just floppin around.

I wanted to get a PR of <35 min by the end of the month. Today, I managed to do the workout in 34:44 so the new PR goal is <30 min without sacrificing proper form.
As of today, I've swung kettlebells 1,000 times for the month. Since my shoulders are already super tight, I realize that much upper body stretching is going to be required 😬 Tomorrow's a "rest day" so that'll be on the menu.Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. The goal is for the last three sessions to use the 40 lb KB exclusively.

7 hours of conference calls in the books. Holy cow did I have tight hips when it came time to run! I did not binge eat of call stress or boredom! @MadisonMolly2017 - you provided some very helpful tips the last time I had a day of calls which I called upon today. Thank you again. ❤️
