You're right Lois, a reduction is a reduction! Awesome. It's always so interesting when we actually look back at our weight and analyze it to see what month/year was better. I know I'm at one of my higher weights right now and I have actually got on board with some motivation and started doing something about it. I stepped on the scale last week and saw 165 and cringed. I'm on day 4 of 10,000 steps straight, so I want to keep that up. Plus I have been cutting back on snacking.
That is insane how much you pay for those prescriptions. I can't even imagine!

    Whoops.. hit post by accident.
Sorry I haven't posted lately. Last week I was busy with work and then on Friday, when I was at my office at work, I got a call that my son hurt his shoulder at school. Shawn picked him up and noticed right away that something wasn't right, so he took him into a doctor to get xrays and sure enough, broken collarbone in 2 places. :'( Playing football outside at lunchtime and tripped. Ouch. Poor guy. As a 13 year old, at first I think he thought it was cool to be able to tell his friends he broke something and to show off his brace and sling, but the day after it happened, he could barely move without it hurting. Now, he seems to be doing much better. We were supposed to get a call within a few days of when it happened to find out if he needed surgery since it was broken in 2 places, but they didn't call so we're assuming that's good news. He has a follow up appointment on March 4 and we're hoping they tell us it's healing nicely. He was really looking forward to the ball hockey season this Spring, but he might have to miss it. We'll see.
