Weaning weight gain

Hi! Not sure if I’m allowed to post here since this is about breastfeeding and we are coming to the end of our journey, but I would love to hear from mom’s in the same position. My daughter is 14 months and we will be completely weaning in the next few months. I stopped pumping at work in December when she turned one and we introduced whole milk. Since then, I have been nursing 2x/day only and have gained more than 10 lbs. I know my eating habits need major work and I am a serial dieter so I need to work on my overall relationship with food too. Anyone else in a similar place with their breastfeeding journey? I’m terrified to completely wean bc I’m afraid I will gain even more and the hormone changes are so crazy already!
Add- I’m not looking for advice to continue breastfeeding. It’s what works for me right now, and I really need my own body back.
