    WELCOME @laceyf53 !!! Glad you found our group! I'm Jessica, one of the two captains for the team. The other is @mulecanter and he's around here someplace! We are here to help motivate you, share ideas, answer questions and just be an all-around support source for your journey!

    Take a few minutes and introduce yourself and share a few of your goals! You'll start your time with us by motivating others on the team! That's what it's all about!

    If you'd like to sign up for our Step Challenge, just tell me your favorite places to walk, set a daily step goal and I'll get you signed up. The step chart is found just below the weigh-in chart and you can find them just off the main Fat2Fit page you found when you registered for the team.

    Huh, I must have been bloated last week. Still mostly following my fasting schedule. It's been a crazy, stressful week, but one positive is that I haven't been engaging in emotional eating like I usually do. Also just starting to try meditation again to help. I've tried periodically before and it hasn't stuck. I subscribed to Headspace and plan to use that financial commitment to help my discipline. Also, I told myself I'd add a lost-to-date when I lost 10 pounds. Yay!

    If you're a walking/running enthusiast, I invite you to join our Step Team to help push your goals even more! Just give me your favorite place to walk and a daily step total you'd like to meet each day and I'll sign you up. You can find our step tracker spreadsheet immediately below the weigh-in spreadsheet, just off the main Fat2Fit page you found when you registered.

    Again, welcome and don't be a stranger...the more you give to encourage others on the team, the more you'll find you get out of the group.

    I walk mostly indoors to Leslie Sansone but have recently started walking at a ballpark down the street from me.
    ETA: step goal 8,000

    I don't see a step spreadsheet on the main group page. I do see the March spreadsheet link. Is it supposed to be under that?

    Thank you! Excited to try a support group, never done that before so hopefully it works better than going it alone.

    I'm 35 F, serial starter, currently on a medically assisted weight loss plan since the end of January. My goal is to lose 100 lbs, hopefully by December. Currently down 24 lbs.

    Food for me has always been the enemy, I have a hard time regulating what I eat if I allow myself to eat sugar and processed foods. I'm very good at losing weight and not good at maintaining it. This time around I'm working with a nutritionist and planning out my after weight-loss diet so that I will stay the same size over the long term. Also in therapy for emotional dysregulation. Looking forward to a great April!
