How’s everyone doing this week?
My nausea is slowly improving, and I’ve been able to think about vegetables without throwing up... I had a week when my husband seriously couldn’t have lettuce or cucumbers near me, because them smell made me puke. Those aren’t even smelly/fragrant veggies.

I got back to basics. My calories were pretty low a few of the days and I know that's not sustainable but I needed a kick start. The IF really contributed to this too. I was fasting for about 18 hours each day. I'm back on track and happy about it.

I struggled most of the week for some reason I was constantly hungry. I switched some things around and started to feel better but barely had a loss. I'll take that over a gain any day.2 -

I tried intermittent fasting a few days this week - 3 to be exact. On the days I didn't wake up hungry, I just started my day with lunch at noon.
I also got in three days of exercise this past week.4 -
Hi guys!! It's been a crazy week, recovering from my surgery etc. Thanks for the wellwishes It went well, but I am still swollen and bloated.

I really hope in the next week or so I can start moving around and exercising. My food also hasn't been great this week. I opted for a "day off" so my wife and I had takeout. I didn't overeat, and still within my calories I think.

I was hoping to be down to 280 by my birthday on May 4th. Looks pretty improbable but not impossible, I just have to really get my bum in gear and get on with the exercising!!! ^_^

Slow couple of weeks weight-wise, hurried in every other aspect. I have fluctuated by 5 pounds throughout my period and didn’t know where I would land today. It was my husband’s birthday and beyond the mini-cake we got him, his mom and colleague made him enormous gf cakes -so I was out of my element and actually ate cake for dessert...like several of the nights. I’ve also been eating terribly due to being so busy. Not at all or a shake and then perhaps eating too much when I get home at 8. I am afraid I will not be making my goal for this month and I need to dig deep and ask myself if I was being too ambitious or if I was just too comfortable.1
