    It has been a few months since I participated in this Challenge but I am READY TO GO!!!! Thanks for keeping this going it is a great way to hold yourself accountable.

    Weekly Goal: 4200

    Mon: 784 calories burned (Walked 4.34 miles & Yoga)
    Tues: 1041 calories burned (Spin, Walk 3 miles & back circuit)
    Wed: Day of Rest
    Thur: 811 calories burned (Walk 4.41 miles & arm circuit)
    Fri: 797 calories burned (Walk 4.48 miles & glute circuit)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 3433
    Left to go: 767 Almost There:wink:
