Yesterday The focus was on Rose and her birthday!
Surprisingly I had a 3 yes day.

I mostly pre-plan, when I am in a good place, but this is for the days I am not.

hahaha.. When I go "off the rails" I would not be bothered to weigh items or write anything down. Normally I just leave the "trash" out so the next morning I can log it all based on the wrappers, dirty dishes etc... Sounds gruesome but in the middle of it logging or recording probably won't happen. So I just make sure the next day while it is still fairly fresh in my mind to make the notes. Let us know if this works out for your noy in a good place days!6 -

A busy day and I didn’t log. Didn’t eat too badly though. Early morning training session with my friends and then evening Jiu Jitsu. A good day overall. Everyday that I’m on the mat is a good day.7

Exercise – yes bike 40? minutes, 2 walks total about 50? minutes, and some light cardio.
Tracking – yes
Calories – yes
I took my bike in for a service today. Took a little diversion on the way in to town, dropped it off, then walked home. Later I walked in to town then cycled home taking a long route round the town. I didn’t time the bike rides and they weren’t hard work so I count it as 40 minutes total.
Tomorrow I'm going to the seaside! Taking my motorhome and having a picnic by the beach.
I won’t be tracking/logging and I don’t care about the calories.12 -

I don’t pre-plan - I’m a spontaneous, improv type of gal - enjoy freedom - but I do check as the end of the day arrives to be sure I don’t go over
Pre-planning is definitely a better way to insure your success, however!7 -
