We are a pretty serious team, but think about playing outside. What can you do outside that moves you toward your fitness goals and is just plain fun?

Exercise – yes bike 30 minutes, walking outside 25 minutes, mowing the lawn and some light cardio.
Tracking – yes
Calories – yes
@thabit11 I hear your stress in your post yesterday, but do remember that exercise is not just for weight loss – it is really useful to help you deal with pressure, stress and anxiety. Do yourself a favour and find 5 or 10 minutes here and there in your day for a walk or a quick workout. Walking outdoors is particularly good for lifting your spirits.
Today's theme from @RangerRickL is well timed! I try to use my bike rides and walks to help my mental health at this difficult time, although I'm often crying at the time.

Thank you so much for all the encouraging messages....I am over my wobble! Yesterday was a way better day, I felt back in charge of my own life....took plenty of exercise and tracked but went over calories (my walk with a friend was actually a Prosecco walk, in lieu of the pubs still being closed and it did put me over a bit!). But overall the day really helped. Today was fab, three yeses and feeling like I’m in charge of my own destiny again. I feel like the UAC has pulled me back into the boat so thank you all very much for being there and inspiring me.
And yes - playing outdoors is so wonderful. Both of my kids had their first football (soccer to some of you!) match this year today. The change in my son’s demeanour has been incredible since he got back to football training recently but today he was totally back to his hilarious, fun and gorgeous self. And my daughter also - she loved playing a match again and it lifts her confidence, I swear she’s been holding her head a little higher today! I’ve started enjoying cycling outdoors, in truth I burn less calories than I do when I’m pedalling away indoors with the friction on high, but flying along outdoors is so lovely.
And lastly here is a pic of the gorgeous magnolia on my street, it doesn’t last long but while it’s around it’s so worth looking up!

Thanks @MadisonMolly2017 , @diamondgirl0314 and @lesdarts180 today was okay, just as lesdarts said, pulled few minutes here and there to exercise. Just few more days and I'll have free time for a while before I get busy again. I also ordered new exercise shoes and tighter clothes to boost my motivation! Going on maintenance will be my last resort, if things become too difficult.
Thanks again 🥰 I really appreciated your comments and advices 💜💛5 -
Pass day #2
Exercise and tracking on point, calories not so much.
I forgot how good the scones were. They are undeniable. Next time you see me write “I’m making the jalapeño scones” and “I’ll only eat one” in the same sentence - please feel free to remind me I’m incapable of doing that. Lol. Sigh.
Oh well. Tomorrow will be a good day.5 -

❌ CALORIES: Yes. 2584/1900
✔️ TRACK: Yes.
Pass Day #1 used today, but I'm ok with that. On Apr 1 I changed my settings so that I don't see my exercise calories and thus cannot eat any of them back. I hadn't planned on going to dinner tonight with friends at Bob Evans, or I would have paced out my cals throughout the day differently. For dinner I had a salad, but it was over 600 calories and put me over for the day. No worries tho, Mon and Tues will be fast days for me.
PASSES USED: 1/3 (10Apri)

I am an OUTDOORS person - when the weather is nice there is nowhere I would rather be.
I have always said I head out to play in my “grown-up sandbox” when I get out to work in the garden... not as much of a cardio workout as it is a strength work out, but at the moment it is taking all my time!4 -
Yes, yes, and yes. Did so much yardwork I am exhausted tonight.
Still feeling a bit weak from the surgery, but now that I have the Dr's ok I am doing a lot more. When I saw the Dr on Friday he told me that my hernias (3 of the damned things) were a lot worse than he anticipated and the operation took longer and more cutting and hacking than he had told me to expect before hand. He said that is the reason I have been feeling so slow. Wish someone had told me this earlier. But I am recovering and will get back to normal, actually better than normal. He said that 2 of the hernias had a lot of scar tissue, and had been there for many years. I guess I was too fat to notice and just assumed the belly aches I had were diet related. I can tell the belly feels better already. He told me my whole gut side to side, belly button to bottom is now encased in mesh, and that should do the trick.8 -
