    Took the dog out for a short 1 hour hike. Stomach did not feel well most of the evening, so easy for me to stay within calories.

    With the scale decreasing, and my wt in my maintenance range, I decided to give myself 500 extra calories for Easter - still no sugar - and came in using only 388.

    1 hr 56 minute hike, 500’ elevation, burning 90 more calories than my average

    So net +300 😃

    Exercise: Y 21 mile bike ride
    Tracked: enough to know I went over. Ate too much too early.

    Still happy about getting the exercise in.

    Getting my partner to clean the patio is almost as much work as doing it myself. Still, no MFP calories available for that ... Patio nice and clean now though ...
