    Took the dog out for a short 1 hour hike. Stomach did not feel well most of the evening, so easy for me to stay within calories.

    With the scale decreasing, and my wt in my maintenance range, I decided to give myself 500 extra calories for Easter - still no sugar - and came in using only 388.

    1 hr 56 minute hike, 500’ elevation, burning 90 more calories than my average

    So net +300 😃
