Woohoo, I hit my goal weight for the month! I'm working put everyday and eating healthy. MFP suggested I eat more, so I am giving that a try. I feel like I should be losing more, but I'm just happy it's a fairly consistent decline. I'd love to lose 2lbs a week...0 -

Gained 1 this week, but i'm not totally bummed. Had an overall loss of 7 lbs and have started to work out more consistently. Looking forward to progressing more in May :-)

I'm so happy to see how well everyone's done this month! This was yet another bad 2021 month for me but it had some strong good sides that can't be seen in numbers so much. So 1st, I set the goal to actually log everything this month (which I hadn't managed in a long time). I logged almost every day which was a step in the right direction at least. 2nd, I'm an alcoholic and a lot of my calories come from drinking. This month I got my drinking down from daily to 2-3 times a week which is a first in like 15 years so I'm insanely happy with that.
Next month my goal is to continue to log everything but actually stick within my allotted calories better and get my drinking down to 1-2 times a week.
So! Whilst I'm bummed out by the weight loss looking crap I'm actually still amazed I managed to quit drinking constantly and am hoping to move forward into May and do better.1
