Two days in a row of 112.6. I thought my scale was broken! I’m shaking my head having never thought I’d be below 130-135 - my post college weight - 35 years ago. I’m not consciously trying to lose anymore, so have to get the maintenance thing right!

Congrats !! And see you soon in the maintenance zone

I had another surgery and restarted work. During this time I've moved up to 119 which is about the highest I've been in five years. I AM turning it around. I have been struggling with emotional eating. It feels like I'm not as successful at stopping my splurging behaviors. I'm definitely concerned about that, I do NOT want to encourage any binge-like behaviors. I need to start prelogging my food and options. I can do this and am good at it. When I'm aimless I definitely feel the call to munch.

    Stats:
    Age 30
    CW: 119
    GW:100

Been maintaining for three days at this point.

Looks like I'm not gonna hit goal this month :/ I've been sooo stressed at work lately that I kind of wonder if it's throwing my hormones out of whack. I haven't been eating bad, but I didn't work out as much this week. I got my second covid shot and had a headache for days

    GW: 125?
March GW: 129 (really, anything under 130 and into the 120s would be awesome)

    1 April - 131 lbs
    11 April - 131.5 lbs - darn...
18 April - 132.3 - seriously going in the wrong direction.
25 April - 131.5 - I'm heading in the right direction again, phew.

But I don't think I'm going to hit my March and One Year on MFP Goal of 130lbs by May 1st. I've never lost 1.5 lbs in a week. But maybe I will! I've had some fun challenge ideas from you guys and my motivation is back - thanks! @CeeBeeSlim I've only missed 10k steps once this week

Am committed to running 10km next weekend, so that should be a nice burn. But its also my daughter's birthday.....cake and ice cream.... I'm hoping to emerge relatively unscathed.

02/04: 74.2 - yesterday I did a long bikeride to see a friend (outside with lots of distance), total of 89km / 55miles. The weather was gorgeous and I felt spring on my skin and inmybones@l4a_p! I am supermotivated since we are back from our vacation week, and I hope I'll finally reach those 73 that have been my goal weight since the start of the year.
06/04: 74.8 - the Easter weekend was ... well... strange to say the least. After a few days of gorgeous spring weather we are back to winter: hailstorms and big snowflakes and subzero temps during the night. To cheer us up, hubbie went to buy a delish Easter dinner, but that didn't help, did it? Now, he promised me that we will stay to our regular food for the rest of the month. I really do hope so. He likes eating as much as I do, but he is now training for a marathon and thus all the kilos and pounds don't stay on his hips and belly. We've got this !
    07/04: 74.7
    12/04: 74.9
    13/04: 74.9
    14/04: 74.9 - maybe I need to change my scales' batteries?
    19/04: 74.6
    20/04: 74.1 - Finally !!!
21/04: 73.8 - There we go. When you're doing everything right, something will happen eventually:smiley:
    22/04: 73.4
    23/04: 73.5
26/04: 74.0 - we entertained some friends in the garden on Saturday, and then my nephew and his wife on Sunday (still social distancing). An impromptu dinner from the local chippie with them made my weight spike today. But I'm sure it is only partial fat, and mainly a lot of water retention due to the salt. Better tomorrow !

    Jan loss:- 2,3kg~70,4
    Feb loss:-1.4kg~69
    March loss: -0.1kg~68.9kg

    GOALS:
    1. Minimal intake of sugar (<30grams/day)
    2. Keep up 16h fasting
    3. 4/3 fasting pattern and macro cycling
    4. Alcohol only on weekends and max once during the week

    1 April: 68kg
    6 April: 68.7kg...
    12 April: 68.3kg
    14 April: 67.6kg
    19 April: 68.6kg
27 April: ??? - unknown but I'm guessing nearing 69kg again... I've left the country and currently residing n Madeira. Which is wonderful except for 2 things:
    a) I don't have a scale to follow up on my weight, which leads to a lack of confrontation with my decisions, which leads to a free-for-all eating attitude
    b) out of my routine, away from my kitchen and my regular grocery store and products, I eat worse than at home. Goodbye healthy home cooked meals, hello takeout/prefab food/must-try-local-cuisine-from-foodstalls. It's hard to control the urge.

Hi I’m new to this group (hopefully it’s ok to join??) but it’s at least my 4th time of starting mfp and I know that I don’t need to have accountability to be successful. I’m only wanting to lose about 5kg but I never seem to get that far!
    My current stats are:
    Age: 43
    Height: 170cm
    Current weight: 68kg
    Goal weight: 63kg
No trends yet.. only just started mfp a week ago.

But I did take my measurements and they're exactly the same as a month ago so I think it's safe to say I've stagnated. Since I'm travelling again, I'm grateful it's just that instead of gaining.

30APR: 117.4. It's been shark week so even though I've cut a hard edge, I don't weigh during shark week.
02MAY: 114.6. I'm back under 115! I'm very pleased about that! That means I'll need another hard edge and woosh.
