Planned break from Stronglifts

I took the last A and B workouts off because of pain in my knees, shoulders and elbows. It's not muscle pain, it's joint pain, as if my muscles are recovering between workouts but my joints are not. Pain has gone away now except for slight pain in knees. I will count the 2 missed workouts as a stall and get back on schedule for my next workout. Has anyone experienced this type of pain? Has anyone taken a planned break, and if so, how were your strength levels when you returned to working out?

    You missed two workouts total? It will hardly matter.

    Yes I have experienced this and muscle strains also by week 11,also I have had too many deloads from plateaus and mild injuries, so I bypassed 2 scheduled days and have switched to 3x5.
