Goals and motivation

Hi guys,
Have you set yourself any goals and targets for you weight loss progress? If not why don't you, I think Xmas 2013, is a good time scale to set an target as it's four months away. We can do weekly updates to see how things are going, if we sticking to it, what things we tried new with eating and exercising. Give each other motivation.

In four months you can lose a lot of weight if you stick to a routine that's good for you but we can also give others tips on what has been helping you lose weight because it could help another person. So lets all support each other to reach our target.

So what's your goals?

Mine is to lose 30/40 lbs for xmas 2013 and I hope that I will do it. I believe if I continue what I have been doing up my anti I defiantly can succeed my goal. I just need to work harder and defiantly eat and drink better than I ever have.
