What are your goals??

Hey there! I think it will be cool to have this little private group so that we can push each other. We all benefit from challenges and support. Once you guys are in, I was thinking that if we write what our current fit goals are then we can use this as a log for that and we all know what the others are working for. Then we can chat about challenges etc.!

    Morning!! Happy Monday. Now there are 3 in here! My goal is to get to 170 pounds and be in the shape that I am striving for muscle and endurance wise. That gives me about 20 pounds to lose. My main struggle is just working through cravings at times to stay on track so I don't set myself back from the progress I just made. Looking forward to this week!!

    Dyesha suggested checking in Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Do we just want to check in at some point in the day as long as we do a day check in then, since our schedules will be different?
