The sticky notes

I've started reading the sticky notes on the main forum board.
Each one has a section at the top marked announcements and there is valuable info in each one.
In the fitness forum there's an entire list of strength training programs.
In the food one there's a great post about cico, using a food scale and all sorts of inspiration and a post about motivation vs discipline.
I've been in a rut and am re learning how to eat in a deficit and working out sensible and consistently.
Just thought I'd share. I'm sure most of you have seen them, but its a good reminder.

I've loved the stickies so much - learned so much from them! They're also great IMO to be familiar with, because there's often a good answer to a newbie's question there, and it's possible to link them and maybe help people without having to formulate an answer from scratch.1
