Hi new friends! I'm so excited that you've joined me!
Here we go! This is a 10 day fasting challenge. You may choose the type of fast you want. 16/18/20/24/36/40...
I personally follow Dr. Jason Fung's fasting suggestions. A little cream in coffee is acceptable. Bone broth is also ok for longer fasts. I drink tea and lots and lots of water! You follow your rules. It's is your body! You've got this!

Weight 142.4. The last hr. of the fast was really tough! Dinner was ready and smelled so good! My husband is fasting with me so that really really helps me!

So dinner last night had a lot of salt but I stayed below 230! Yesterday was easier to stay within my eating hours than the day before. I guess baking bread at 8pm is really does make me hungry 😁0 -

Had Lunch and early dinner
Walked 4 Miles today net calories at 712
4/20 Goal 16 HR - 22 Hrs.- Fasted - Weight 296
Only had a lunch today 690 Cals but not good ones around 1pm will see how I fell in the morning and how far I make it.
Culvers - Single Sourdough Melt, 162 g (1 sandwich)
Culver's - Culvers Onion Rings, Regular *jmr, 0.5 container
Walked 4 Miles today my net calories at 41

@Mjbcoffee oh I miss read you update. I thought you fasted for 24 hrs. I was thinking that was really hard to do that two days in a row and then make dinner in the middle of it 🤣0

It seems harder to me to do the 23:1 schedule than fasting for 36 or 42 hrs. I guess the hunger passes after the 24 hr mark. I've struggled every day this week, whereas last week I did 36 and 42 easily. So strange.0
