Intermittent Fasting 10 day challenge

Who would be interested in participating with my in a 10 day fasting challenge? You can choose your fast schedule. 16/18/20/24/36/40 hours.
Each day simple put in how many hours you fasted and your goal for the next day or days.
Example:
4/11 goal 18 hrs. Fasted 18 hrs
4/12 goal 20 hrs. Fasted ...
You can post daily or every other day.
Let's begin April 19th-28th
