Though I assume the three day aspect only applies to our US subset, it is now the weekend. Have a fantastic one!
As for UAC business, it is now that time in the month where we ask you all to report as to whether you expect to make the Winner’s Circle for the month of May.
Please let us know if you believe you will be in the May Circle.
And if not (like me), stick with it, I will be posting the UAC Champions on June 3rd.

Hi @SModa61

And hurrah for a 3 day weekend!!!May the bluebird of happiness visit you. We don't see many here in Tx usually blue jays but every once in a while I spy this fellow at the barn, Yesterday he stayed long enough for me to get his photo and Bandit actually stayed still enough for me to zoom a bit. Extra credit points if you can name *in a spoiler please* what piece of farm equipment he is adorning.4 -

Nice day today! Bought new sandals, also underwear, leggings, completely worn out during confinement!
Went to our Modern Art Museum, saw exhibition, sat in their beautiful garden sipping a mint tea, and went to a classical concert in our concert hall.
Walked for some 100 minutes, stayed under calories without touching the exercise ones and tracked everything!
If there is anything I have learnt in the last few months, is that's it incredibly important to look after yourself, especially if you are caring for needy human beings ...8 -
With 2 days remaining and 2 pass days remaining I will be able to make it to the winner's circle.

Exercise: YES - No workouts since it's a rest day, but I spent 20 minutes continuously walking around the house "on patrol" during a hyperactive period the two youngest kids were going through this morning. The first several minutes were catching them misbehaving around each and every turn as they did their most common opportunistic schemes after they thought I walked away. The last several were spent high fiving them as I passed by, turning it into a game to distract them. I have actually been doing this "kid patrol" routine as needed the last few weeks, usually only as long as required to get past their little hyperactive spell, or to hit the new step goal Garmin sets me for the day. But today I kept going during that first "patrol" specifically for 20 minutes for the UAC.

We also have a 3 day weekend here in the UK – Monday is a Bank Holiday and it is also the start of a school half term holiday. So, the shops were busy today and the roads will be busy through the weekend. I’m having a quiet weekend, going away on Monday on a holiday.
I have used 3 pass days but tomorrow should be easy, Monday more difficult as I will only be having breakfast at home. Lunch will be on the road, but I can manage that. However, the evening meal will be in a hotel. Yes, I'm staying in a hotel for 4 nights!! Yay!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep, a 60 minute trail run/walk in the morning, and a 58 minute trail walk this evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep
Got tangled up with some partially buried old rusty fence on my morning trail run, Took a nasty tumble and my shoe didn't fare so well either. There's a saying among trail runners that you're not a real trail runner until you have taken a fall. I've definitely had my share of face plants. Roots, rocks, fence, etc., all part of being a trail runner! lol

First day I have not exercised in like 3 months. Hoping a rest day did me good.

We ended up with surprise out of town guests and Oreo ice cream cake. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it wasn’t great. Lol.
Up to 5 pass days now.8 -
My exercise was gardening, hand trimming no weed racket today around various yard objects and mowing the lawn. Washed the car really good from the last quick spritz from winter, logged tracked and made it7

Winner's Circle for me, please.
It's supposed to be a rest day but I logged over 20k steps. Only counting the run/jaunt though. Tomorrow will be similar. A smart MaltedTea would stretch but... 😬

No winner's circle for me. However, I am happy because even though I had many pass days, my calories over were close to my number.
@Chinkiri - I’m so glad you’re able to be out and about!

Today turned into a pass. But I did get in exercise despite 46 degrees, rain and blowing winds. I decided to climb the building stairs. I went 7th to 8th floor, down to ground, across the building, up to 8th, back down to ground, across and back up to 7th floor. I did 4 loops for 56 flights up, 56 flights down and 8 lengths of the building. That exceeded my 20 minutes.8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes ... treadmill 30 mins / 1.81 mi + after dinner walk 27mins / 1.49 mi
Passes used: 6/3 <-- no winners circle for me
I've spent some time planning my recomp today and now I'll be starting tomorrow instead of the first of June as it fits better schedule-wise since Saturday and Tuesday will be my "rest" days though I'll actually be doing speed intervals on the treadmill those days instead of my normal walk. I'm setting calories to 1200 on the two rest days and 1400 all other days but I'll still be adding any treadmill related active calories. After a couple of weeks I'll evaluate whether or not the calories need to change. I'll also be taking measurements tomorrow morning so I can track my progress.
I'm following the skinny-fat program here: https://www.themuscleprogram.com/skinny-fat-part-1-workout though I'll have to make some modifications to use dumbbells since I will be doing this at home. This isn't quite the program I originally planned but I decided I liked the way this one is structured.

I think I’ve got the last of these 4 categories pretty well figured out now. 5 years 5 months. I thought vacations would take longer. Baby steps work.7 -
Finally three yeses for Saturday. I dropped out for a week, I have a bad habit of really not wanting to post if I have a pass day, but if I don’t post, I’m more likely to have another pass day. Last weekend hit me a bit like a wall, we had some family drama which really affected my sleep for days, which in turn I allowed to affect my eating, reaching out for sugar for energy. It’s a bad cycle! But, Saturday was good , I’m sleeping better again now and optimistic that I can pull myself back, I still have this feeling that because I’m back at a familiar weight then I can stop now, but the fact is I’m still overweight and really want to lose another twenty pounds. Onwards!9

@Bill70sStrong - yikes if that fence tore your shoe up, did it tear up your leg too? That looks pretty awful.
Winners circle for me! I’ve had 3 pass days but there is no way I’m going to throw that away today or tomorrow.
I’ve lost 3 more pounds this month. My goal is 195 by the end of June and the scale said 197.2 this morning. Really happy with the progress and especially amazed that I’ve stuck with this for 6 months now.4
