Walked at least for an hour, more like 80 or 90 minutes, in cold and damp Paris - but I did get my second vaccination and I went to the Rodin Museum ...
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I took my prepared breakfast and lunch with me and organised a microwave meal for when I came back this evening, and that way I didn't have to rely on salads or restaurant meals, to be eaten outside! Didn't cost anything either!
Tracking: Yes, logged everything. Pretty tired now as I had to get up at 4.30 this morning and I didn't sleep on the train.

I am thankful for this challenge because recently I have not felt motivated to workout at all. Normally, I really enjoy it and feel great afterwards but have been in a little bit of a funk. I've been able to talk myself into at least getting in the 20 minutes (well, most days I have used 3 passes).

well the MFP site is acting wonky this evening. Trying to get my tracking entries exact and I am not allowed to add or delete anything (food or exercise) in the diary ATM. Anyhow, I know that today is three yeses. So I will go for that for now and correct my entries once the site cooperates.5

I could not log my intake on MFP this evening. But I did have a 3 yes day.

Yes yes and yes, also had trouble with mfp so didnt log it but know it was under. Cooked some amazing veggie burgers and am going to try a few more meat free days in the near future3

Nearly done with my quarantine. My aunt (in the UK) told my mom I should stay home until I get my vaccination. That isn’t an option here, firstly, my job cannot be done remotely and I’m only able to get my vaccination in the next phase of the process which I think is due to start in mid July. Then I can register on the system and have to wait for them to send me to get it. My folks have registered and are still waiting for their notification.
Anyway, I got my walking in and are reasonably. Once I’m free to leave the house I will start logging my food again.7 -
Yes, yes, and yes, but just barely.
Went on the clear liquids only diet today, in anticipation of the colonoscopy tomorrow. Exercise was tough, I did manage to get the yard mowed and some yardwork in, and started to try a workout, but didn't make it long. Taking the awful prep meds now, I sure will be glad when this is over. We'll see what tomorrow brings...8 -

I had only four hours of sleep so exercise was minimal and I was too tired to do the after dinner walk.
@SModa61 thanks for the information regarding 7 day average & TDEE on the Apple Watch/iPhone. I have never even noticed that there before. Probably because the font is so small and the only thing I usually check is the up downs because sometimes I have trouble getting all 12 of them. I'm wondering how accurate it is. As of right now mine says 1808.4 -

Plantar fasciitis went away after sitting in car & laying for. Colonoscopy and ice/stretching yesterday
SO I went for a hike 14,424 steps!!!✔️So fun!!
