Today I got 10000 steps. Thankfully we have a rather large garden although it was a large amount of circles. I did it in two batches but because I got bored not tired. Still eating reasonably well and although I’m not logging I’m confident I’m eating at a reasonable amount for now. Being careful not to rush into overdoing it and my doctor warned me that many people crash again between day 7 and 11 so I’ll be taking it easy for the next week.12

Exercise – yes 30 minutes bike ride, short walk and about 30 minutes cardio. (And about 15 minutes struggling with my mum’s mobility scooter to take it apart and put it in my car ready for tomorrow)

Calories – yes – with some in hand for tomorrow (I’m having lunch with my daughter, DIL, all four grandchildren and my mum)

Morning Everyone, Yesterday was a pass day for me i tried to eat breakfast and lunch to avoid too much grazing but it still didn't work out too well. I found all thru the day and night up until going to bed at midnight all i cld do was think about food and all i did was eat eat and eat! Lol! I find wenever i hve ppl come stay this always happens. Does anyone else hve this issue? Im guessing im turning to food for comfort? for enjoyment? as a reward? Or maybe im just bored? or anxious? Out of habit? I really dnt know i might hve to do sum soul searching today to figure it out. I feel ok about it all tho and not beating myself up cos i tried my best. Also im not a huge drinker so i dnt hve that to do or to look forward to wen we hve company and even if i did drink i dnt see the point cos i wld rather use those calories on eating! Ha ha! Sorry about the long post but i think thru writting this post i hve maybe figured out its not just 1 thing that leads me to overeat its actually all of the above! Xox

Calories were over by like 185. I’d say I ate more than normal, but really I ate what I normally eat but my exercise didn’t involve cardio so way fewer calories burned. That’s my 3rd pass day. I think I should be good making to to the end of the month without using another one. 😊11 -

I think this is the most passes I've ever used in a month. Ugh. I worked the yard sale with my bff today -- the one who pushes food and sweets at me constantly. I can't blame it all on her tho. I packed and brought my lunch with me....with snacks too! Pre-logged and all! But I'm not used to sitting for long periods either.... so when I get bored, I want to eat. I fought it well for a few hours, but as the day wore on and she brought out more treats, I finally caved. Then, when it was over I had a couple of beers with her and her hubby. I'm just glad it's over with.11 -

Tracked and logged my exercise was sweeping sidewalks after son mowed the lawn and picking up yard stuff not grand but it needed to be done. Renovations continue it will look soooo good when done perhaps I will post a photo not sure11

We had dinner with another couple at their home tonight, first time since Covid. I offered to marinate chicken for fajitas and make homemade salsa and guacamole. My friend made the veggies and Mexican beans. It worked out well because I was well within my calories.8 -
Yes x 3 today. The maintenance calorie budget makes it pretty easy for me to stay on track (as long as I exercise.) Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I'm interested to see where I am, given the way my weight has fluctuated this month.8

Trying to get back into a routine. I'm a brunch/dinner/late night snack kind of person but today I started on my path of doing three smaller meals plus dinner to spread out my protein intake. I did well with it today. I've decided to stop actively trying to lose weight for now since I've been plateaued the last couple of months. On the first of June I'm starting a recomp. I've never done anything like that before so it'll be a bit of a challenge.
Since I hadn't done any weights for two weeks due to my little incident with the wrist/hand I went light today. I had no pain but some slight discomfort/tightness. On Monday I'll do a little more.9 -
