• Planks Day 17 Intermediate (10min 19sec)
• Jogging 6.5 km in 0:38:38 (5:55 min/km). With this pace I am in the top 18% of women of my age. But it was not easy to sustain

I had lunch at a Mexican restaurant today. They had one dish that seemed the most suitable for keto wihtout too much modification, a blackened chicken plate with a blackened chicken breast over a cheese and poblano sauce with guacamole, pico and a few other things that I did without (tortillas, cilantro-lime rice and a masa ball). I logged based on what seemed to best match what was served. It was delicious!

I have chosen the wrong door at times in the past, but I it's easy to see after the event - 20/20 vision in the rear view mirror. All that matters is how you go forward.12 -

Hi @Katiecan2021 !
Sorry it hasn’t been feeling easier lately.
In case it helps... I find when that happens for me, it’s usually too much salt and/or sugar. Everyone is different, but you might try noting the tough days & look back at your tracking to see it’ll there’s a pattern!6 -
Thank you ALL for your sweet messages to my post yesterday about seeing our only child
You are an incredible group of people & Im so lucky to have you in my life.

Contacted the docs. One moved up my colonoscopy- ruining the first day of short trip with our son & wife, but she’s the expert!!
She also felt that it wasn’t Gastro, but rather my transplant meds so I marched up to that sept to request an appt ASAP with my nephrologist.
I’ve done all I can. Now it’s time for those two docs to figure it out!!!!
Thank you. @SModa6112 -
I'm back after a week-long vacation. I had a fabulous time eating more than my lot of calories, but I am quite certain I worked them off with my hiking. I did not do a good job of logging so not only did I have a day pass but I had a week plus pass. Nonetheless I plan to keep logging here and it's this group that made me do 20 minutes of exercise after my first day back at work.15

Exercise : hmmmmmm, about 8 hours worth? Started the day with a 4 mile walk and then spent 7 more hours In the garden. Everything is planted, compost is spread, leaves are almost all laid down. I’m exhausted, but in a good way.

The upcoming Costa Rica trip is now canceled. The primary motivation was to escort our almost 16 year old granddaughter to a Spanish language school with an immersion home stay. The school cancelled due to sharply rising cases of virus and overwhelmed health care. Most countries cannot get access to sufficient supplies of Covid vaccines.
Our daughter is looking for alternative home stay programs within the United States.12 -
Calories: well under my limit

✅✅✅
Walked 1, ran 4, walked .25.
10 min yoga (baby steps)
Trying to up my protein to 178g a day as my trainer said 1-1.5 grams per pound and I’m 178lbs. It’s proving challenging to do without having a way higher number of carbs since most of my vegetarian protein go to choices are not carb free, and I can only eat egg whites so many times a day. This will be a work in progress. Protein shakes may need to become a way of life.7
