@Chinkiri - you’ll get there in no time now. You’re already traveling to Paris. It won’t be much longer. I know how you feel. It took a year to see my grandkids. They’ve grown so much in that time. I missed the whole 5 years old and the whole 2 years old. I am so thankful for FaceTime but so missed those little arms around my neck.

@Winner_in_Life - I’m glad you posted that first picture. I didn’t realize you are from Germany. My husbands family is from Germany so he is almost fluent. He’s not home right now, but I’ll let him interpret for me. The scenery looks beautiful.

@MaltedTea - I used mapmyrun before I got my garmin watch and while I was training for the Chicago marathon. It always worked for me. Mostly I used it to pre-track a run so I could be sure I was getting in the needed miles.
Went on my first official supported ride of the season. Rode 33 slow but satisfying miles through the country. My garmin claims I burned 2,081 calories which cannot possibly be right. MFP says I burned 1,082 which even that seems high.
I posted an NSV yesterday but this morning while I was doing my “strong” workout I had a huge NSV moment and real satisfaction. The first time I did split squats on May 5, I couldn’t complete all the reps and my quads killed for days after. Just getting up and down on the toilet was difficult. But today I did all the reps, with perfect form, non stop. It’s amazing how quickly our muscles respond to working out. This was only the third time those split squats were in the rotation so I am really happy with that.

The 16th was moving day for my daughter so I got my exercise carrying furniture, as well as taking my grandson for a 2 mile walk when it was my turn to caretake him (we kept trading off). Managed to track everything I ate and solidly was under on my calories. So 3 x yes!

Thank you Rick. I appreciate you & this group you foster so brilliantly. The tests from today all came back perfect. More in 1 week. My guess is it will just slowly get better OR they will change my Meds (however I know transplant hates to do that when kidney is doing so well.)
I am calm, as I know I have great doctors. I N also feel a bit better today ALTHOUGH I ate a TON.
