Everyone's doing so well.... Except me! You guys are killing it, and I’m totally bombing out. 2nd pass day used. Although I’m not doing well, I’m still sticking around for the inspiration. You guys are awesome!!!!!! Keep up the good work6

Stay in. I am back after a hiatus and hope to one day make the winner’s circle. That being said, my plan is to consistently lose and maintain in this group. I will lose a few pounds, then maintain for a few months, then lose some more and repeat. I was away from the group for a bit and a few (8) pounds started to appear. So now I still have more to lose plus 8 pounds. Even after I have 3 plus passes, I continue to log and post. It becomes a habit to pay attention to food intake and to be aware to move. You are doing fine because you are here. Just keep plugging along.6 -

I share that because if I’d figured out I could be safe & comfortable while walking/hiking earlier in my life, I’d likely have achieved more of these healthy outcomes earlier!
I have a super warm waterproof coat & a newly acquired SPF 50 long sleeved hooded shirt!!! Nothings Going to Stop Us!

The one thing I have always liked best about this challenge is its focus on today. Regardless of what happened yesterday ("good" or "bad") you just have 3 things to do TODAY - track. Stay within in calorie allocation, and exercise 20 min. Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow. Just do the three things today!7 -

Well, I’m late checking in – it’s Thursday evening now.
I gave up tracking yesterday so it’s a pass day. It is so difficult estimating food that you haven’t prepared yourself. I was staying with DIL and just ate what was put in front of me.
Luckily, I know enough about food and nutrition (after 50 years of watching my weight and learning calorie values) to be fairly sure that I kept within a reasonable calorie allowance so I’m not too worried.
Exercise – yes, walking and light cardio.

Hubby cooked dinner tonight because I was beat from a crazy school day. It was eggs over a black bean salsa. It was delicious and healthy and probably under or close to my calories. I just didn’t have the brainpower to log everything.5
