This journey of weight loss is not an easy one, but making and keeping small, healthy lifestyle goals is the way to help with our success.
What is your May Healthy Habit lifestyle goal for May? It's all about babysteps day by day

    I've been considering what I'm going to set as my new month resolution to begin a new healthy habit. I'm thinking of some type of serving others.
    What are your thoughts about this type of healthy habit?

    I know May is almost over, BUT! This month I've been focusing on tracking my food (even when I do off track) anddrinking 80 oz of water every day. I'm also practicing not drinking for 15 min before to 30 min after meals, and setting a 15 minute intervals timer to drink water. Trying to build up the skills I'll need post-op, and for the rest of my life!
