I realize that I need to do this tracking to keep myself accountable because lately I feel that I am not making the best choices for food or drink...but I did lose weight..again. My weight keeps going up and down each week. I need to change.0 -

Exercise: 10,800 steps (~4.2 miles) - I went to the Minnesota Zoo with my cousin and his family today. We got through two exhibits before my younger cousins threw tantrums and had to leave. I stayed behind and visited the last three exhibits. I walked - a lot.0 -

Sadly I let an issue that keeps coming up between my husband and I (I’m talking most of our relationship-almost 30 years) affect my sleep habits sat which affected my mood yesterday. So I mostly laid on the couch and read my book or watched tv yesterday. An issue that we are both tired of talking about. And doesn’t seem to change. But I went for a short (30 min) walk this morning and going to try to journal my melancholy into a better mood.2 -

Exercise: 1 hour dog walk, restarted C25k (day 1 of week 1) Decided that I probably shouldn't take my 15 year old chihuahua for 2 hour hikes as she was exhausted last time (it was hot and drinking out of streams and puddles is beneath her) so today I am going to take little Fatstuff (aka Munch whose real name is China) on a harness and long lead and see how she fares.)1 -
