You stick your hand in a fire. It burns. You scream for help. I run over and immediately give you an IV (intravenous) injection of morphine. Your pain goes away.

This is how physicians treat T2D.

Don't stick your hand in a fire??? Exercise your power of choice. Be an adult. Take responsibility for your own choices and don't depend on a doctor to "fix" it for you if you continue to choose unwisely.

You sound angry and bitter. I get it. I feel angry too sometimes.
It's not easy nor is it simple. But don't blame a doctor.

I don't know how it works in the States, but my doctors are great. They treat the whole person with diet and exercise, and as a very, very last resort, I had to go on insulin. But, keep in mind, my pancreas was almost completely distroyed by a surgical error.
