I feel like I have been hovering around 195+ for 10 years at least, with brief dips. Now, approaching my 70th birthday, I'm thinking I need to get serious again. If I could get back to the 180's by my birthday I would be so very glad! So finding friends to walk a few times a week and got my DNA recommendations for food choices, food allergies, macros. I know this works when I work it.
