Hi everyone - Monday is my weigh day and Sunday is always interesting....

so what are the scores on the doors ?

SW 221 (15st 11)
GW 182 (13st)
LW 217 (15st 7)
CW 215 (15st 5)

so -2lbs for me - (will take that as was away for a few days and the calories went a bit awry)

I am rounding up my weight to the next lb - not sure how long that will last but nice to know a bit extra in hand.
