Those Elusive pounds
so it was with great trepidation: that I got on the scales this morning , having gone to bed 1 lb heavier than last weeks weigh in: , could it just evaporate overnight, could I think and will myself thin......
So
start 15.11 (221lbs)
LW 15.5 (215 lbs)
CW 15.3 (213 lbs)
lost - 2lbs YAY
goal 13 stone (182 lbs)
So thrilled this morning as thought despite being very careful last week I was at best the same as the week before
I will be off air next Monday as I am on holiday - yes a holiday, off to sunny Cornwall although think it might be raining next week, but looking forward to some time out and hopefully some sea swimming ( with wetsuit as will be about 13 degrees C - toasty then....)

My goal weight for June of 140 is not completely written off, but it's definitely going to be harder to get to, after some crazy stressor with work, but I'm remembering my "why" again and getting back on track. I was up to 153.2 earlier this week, so I'm glad I'm moving back down quickly. Why do I default to eating my emotions? Ugh! Wish I could figure this out!2 -

And a major milestone reached. Took me 400 days on the button, but I finally managed to move away from high-risk class III obesity. Onwards!1 -
