Apple Activity Circles: 30/30
The last time I got all of my apple activity circles was in December. I only needed 28 to meet my apple June Challenge but 30 is better.4 -

Pass day 4 -- on vacation and not logging food.
Out of the winner's circle, but I was so proud that I had no pass days before I went on vacation. I love this challenge.

Yes x 3 today!! I found this challenge June 2020 and 1 year later, I am in the Winner's Circle!! 🥳 😅 For me, perseverance wins the race. Life happened along the way (gallbladder attacks which were really stones passing and eventually led to Emergency surgery during the Christmas holidays) and I had a few things I needed to work through and learn replacement behaviors for. But I remained committed to one day meeting this goal. The next year will bring its own set of challenges as I return to the office and it's demands on my time. However I'll tackle it like I tackled the past year: keep trying, evaluating and learning until I get what works for me. Congrats to all those who keep showing up every day! 👏4

STEPS.... 16,650 + wooooohoooo. so glad I am able to get back to regular exercising
I am really enjoying my new Smart Watch... Its motivating me to keep Stepping along with this team
I have stayed on Track since beginning group on June 12 - along with while I was at Sparkpeople
since beginning of June I stayed in my Ranges along with over 90 min. EVERY Day... I am determined
even with my broken foot... I did chair exercises... I am Happy with myself ... I feel Successful
