    @MadisonMolly2017 I think it’s wonderful you are not willing to let UAC die! My sister came in town today for the first time in 2 years. I’m really tired and can’t think right now, but I do want to contribute in some way. I will think about it tomorrow after I’m rested. ( going for a hike an hour and a half away with my sister).

    @MadisonMolly2017 I posted in yesterday's thread that I was considering volunteering to take over but wanted to think on it so I'm willing to help but I think what you're proposing might be too complicated since we don't always have the same people each month.

    Hi @LazyBlondeChef

    I’m sorry I didn’t catch your post yesterday. As I mentioned, just an idea & wasn’t sure if anything was happening yet.

    No worries ... I posted it this morning prior to seeing your post afterwards.

    I'm just glad so many are willing to keep us going because I do find this group so helpful. Procrastinators like me need structure. :#

    I also didn't realize how much work went into it.

    @WhatMeRunning and others:
    MFP messaging system is deceptive. Unless you have already been accepted by someone as a Friend, then your message is not delivered. Unfortunately, the sender is not given any notice of non-delivery. The intended recipient is not aware of the non-delivered message.
    If you send me a Friend request, then I can accept that message. After that, we are able to use MFP private intra-MFP messaging.

    @MadisonMolly2017 and @Mrs_Hoffer
    Thanks for your incredible initiative!
    Today, Jessica, @Mrs_Hoffer and I had two separate telephone calls. I will put this information on tomorrow's discussion opener too.
    Mrs_Hoffer is interested in being the Backbone Boss (Maddie's term).
    I encouraged her not to take the job unless other people volunteered to come alongside to support her. I know it's too big a job for one person to do every day.
    I'm willing to be a part of the team too.

    CHEERLEADING SQUAD
    Time Commitment: 1 hour per week
    Skills: deep caring, positive personality
    (7 people)
    Commits to reading all posts on one day per week - adding encouraging, tips, suggestions, insight on a number of them.

    I can do some of that!

    F. MONTHLY RECRUITER / UAC
    Time: 1 hour over a few days
    Skills: responsible, able to represent the magic of the UAC
    Creates & Recruiting post in Challenges
    1. Create posts
    2. Remind team & provide link so they can add a message
    3. Keeps posting so challenge remains on first page (everyone)
    4. Answers questions of prospective participants

    I can do the monthly recruiting with the MFP Challenge board and any other boards that others believe would be helpful. I am also willing to take a group of days during a month to act as the daily cheerleader.

    @RangerRickL

    Oh my gosh, thank you! Your contributions will make all the difference!!!

    I will update the list - as it is now & post in tomorrow’s discussion.

    Thank you! Thank you!

    Your Friend,
    🌸Maddie!!!!

    @MadisonMolly2017 Dear Maddie! I think you are a perfect match to be our "Backbone Boss". You are proactive, you always find the right words to support people, I always enjoy your posts. This what I think :)
    @RangerRickL Happy that you will be still around :)

    @Mrs_Hoffer you can put me down as cheerleader post reader for Tuesday’s posts that would work well in my schedule as that is usually a light day for me

    @MadisonMolly2017 Thank you so much to you and everyone else for stepping forward in helping to continue this amazing group. It is quite wonderful. I would like to help in someway though I step forward with some hesitancy since I know my life is still stretched pretty thin. I believe I could take on the role of a once a week content creator. I believe this could be set this up in advance so it is ready to go and could work with my changing schedule. Let me know what might work or be helpful.

    For the day,
    Yes, yes and yes.
    Walking and weights and stretching
