    (I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.)

    @TennGal85 - glad you are seeing the benefits of accountability

    @Biketheworld - congrats on the day after not being a #2. So often those "bad days" like to multiply

    @mshawski - you are the only other person that I know who also loves looking for special clovers. I have only found one 6 leaf that I recall, but lots of 4's.

    @achagpar - nothing wrong with baby steps. maintainable changes are the most important in the long run

    @idoliov - I need a steak! Maybe this week I'll plan one in!
