    I was down 2.6# at my Wednesday meeting. Lower than my previous low (this time around) by 2.2#. Been a tough two days so far, Hungry Horrors. :(

    Up 0.6, but thats's a good result after an unexpected 3.4 pound loss last week. Still leaves me down 3.6 pounds so far this month. Of course, traveling this weekend may have challenges . . .
