I have my first consultation tomorrow. While I am really looking forward to it and have friends and family that have had success with the gastric sleeve, I’m still really nervous about making the change! Is there anyone out there going through the same thing? Is there anyone Who has already gone through the VSG that had the same thoughts before the surgery?

i am about 2/3 through the way to qualify (my insurance
) before surgery and am feeling apprehensive. I know it is the right decision for me but it is a huge commitment for at least a year, and maintenance will be a different way of life. It is a HUGE step, one which I know i need to get to where I want to be, yet it is still so overwhelming. I try to break it down into little steps at a time - this week I will xxx. Then it doesn't seem so much. Good luck and friend me if you want a venting board! and you have a super cute dog!! 0
