Any tips for recovering from labral hip tears?

I’ve been into running for a few years now, super happy I got a chance to complete a half marathon during that time 🤸🏾♂️
However, I have in the past year discovered I had a labral hip tear in each hip(obviously seen doctors). I’ve never come across this before, and was hoping to hear from some experienced runners who may know, what would help get back to running long distance again? I miss running an awful lot !
