Did a 5K early (and virtually) to support our Veterans Network at work. And before it hits 90 degrees π!

I got out there early, too, and did 5.40 miles in 92 mins before it got hot. Beautiful morning!

Chris - saw my nephew Connor yesterday who sometimes joins our challenges, and he said "who is Chris?"...boy she does a lot of steps lol!

A friend who lives in Martin's Beach invited some of us over today. Since only locals are allowed in, everyone else has to hike down from the highway. It's about 15-20 minutes each way. My friend's is the green house on the right at the bottom of the road.It was a good workout.We sat on her deck and watched the ocean roar. So amazing.paulaSpoiler

Working out w/my trainer at noon. Need to walk to the post office after then go get Nick's flowers. Egads!!
We had Ronan all day yesterday. Sara and Pete had Kaiser business to take care of. No walking for me.

I forgot to post this yesterday. Good walk! 68 minutes - 3.15 miles. Back over 3 miles or the first time in awhile. Foot feels okayβ¦not much pain! ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ

Karen that is a great cause. And your friend is right. Chris gets in lots of steps. I need to find a way to make my bike rides count. But riding is like cheating.

Kathy did I miss what happened with your foot at the doctors? I see where you say it is doing better. Which is great.
I need to do weights. Just been riding every evening. Twice on weekends. So freeing what the everyday stress in my life.

I am looking for a motivational vinyl sticker for my gym wall. While I probably won't choose this one, I like it. I don't believe the treadmill is part of it. Just the words.

Karen you two look to be having loads of laughs. And I love her skin tone. If I was that shade I would stay outdoors always. No hiding from the sun.
Libby and I have been exploring new areas on our bike. I am excited to be getting the new bike. But will have to fix the basket up for Libby. People have been taking photos of her as we ride by. She is becoming a star!
