I'm only going to measure my self every 30 days, but I will weigh in weekly. Happy losing everyone!

Check-In Day! I'm pleasantly surprised that I lost another pound and, another inch off of my wait, another inch off of my hips! To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to today's weigh-in as I wasn't "feeling it" this week, but now I'm totally amped up for the week-end and beyond :-)0 -

Starting weight - 216 (218 beginning of August when I joined MFP), initial Goal 180
Waist (at belly button): 42.5 inches
Thigh: 25.5 inches
Arm: 13.25 inches
Day 14 checkin (I took weight before my workout and measurements after, not sure if that has any impact):
Weight: 209.8lbs
Waist (at belly button): 41
Thigh: 24.5
Arm: 13-1/8 (is that supposed to go down or up with working out lol)0 -

So.....2 weeks done, 5.5 pounds gone. I kicked up exercise last week a lot. Feeling amazingly stronger. Just realized yesterday that my knee hasn't hurt when I walk up stairs in quite awhile. See what losing weight can do!
And exercise last week: I logged a total 36 miles of WATP….7.5 miles of which using handweights. Total weekly exercise time : 8 hours, 53 minutes. I beat my personal goal for last week of miles done. For this coming week, don't know if I'll be able to do as many miles......but my first week I did 24 miles, so I'll just try and top that again.

Well...i had a terrible week last week...i got all my workouts in, but i wasn't watching my calories very well, and i wasn't pushing my workouts b/c i've been sick....jump on the scale for weigh in day this am and go from last week at 191.4 to this week 193. Needless to say i didn't measure this week b/c I didn't want to know. Not really happy about it...but i need to be held accountable...so...i'm feeling a bit better today...gonna push it all week...and goal for next way in to be 189.
I think I can do it...I just need to get my body back on track...everything has been out of the ordinary for me so gotta get back to normal. Gotta focus and push myself to the limits. Maybe I'll add some double workouts here and there if i can this week. I'm gonna make this happen...

I didn't workout like I wanted to due to not feeling well last week, but I'm prepared to go hard this week, and I'm looking for at least a 2 pound loss next week!0 -

The great thing about having a bad week is that you can pinpoint where your areas of weakness were. If you weren't watching your calories, it will probably be important to meticulously journal your food. You can definitely do this!

I am a little disappointed, I am down 1.4 lbs but my measurements were all over? I am hoping that the spot im measuring is just a lil different and being that its my TOM is why I gained some inches
I am down .5 inch and also up 2.2 in so I guess that equals to bein up 1.7 inches
Next week will be the 30 day mark and I will be takin my 2nd set of pictures, I sure hope to see some difference0 -
Sorry I am late checking in. I posted this morning on the daily post that my sister is scheduled to have brain surgery tomorrow morning and I have been so consumed with that. I booked a flight and am leaving tonight for Fort Myers, Florida. I will be staying with her for the next 5 days so will not be able to do my workouts.

This brings my totals for 27 day : 6.5 inches lost and 5.6 lbs lost
Not as much as I was hoping, not even close

Since we started the challenge, Im only down .6 lbs but I have lost a total of 12 inches
Not sure what's going on with my body but some progress is better than no progress.

Well I am officially done with Alpha and since we started this challenge 35 days ago, and for the total loss of ALPHA round....... I have lost 8.8lbs and 12.5inches I dont see much of a difference except for my hair lol

Heather-I'm happy for your results, and that being in the group has helped you. That's why I started this group because I know from personal experience how hard it can be to do this alone. Having other people to report to makes a big difference.
Rhenee-I know it's frustrating but don't focus on that. Move forward because the 2 lbs could be related to water retention, etc. I have faith that you can do this. Full steam ahead. Have a great evening everyone.0 -
So I was so upset last week that I didnt post here but the week of Oct 7-13th I lost .7inches and .2lbs
This last week I lost 1.1 inches and .6 of a pound
Weight loss has slowed down a lot the past couple weeks
I upped my calories so I hope that helps!!
2 More weeks left of T25 Beta, I am hoping Gamma will help kick start some good loss!!
So, in 56 Days I have lost 10.8 lbs and 16.2 inches
I have lost 1.3 inches off each arm
I have lost 2.2 inches off of my waist
I have lost 2.1 inches off of my hips
I have lost 1.7 inches off of each thigh
I HAVE LOST A CUP SIZE!! lol From a D cup to a C cup :laugh:0 -
Week 4 of Beta got rid of 3 more inches and 1.6 lbs!!
So, in 63 Days I have lost 12.4 lbs and 19.2 inches
That breaks down to an average of 1.4 lbs and 2.1 inches PER WEEK!!
I am on the last week of Beta, then I start Gamma after that!
I am still really hoping that I reach at least 1 of 2 of my goals after this last week of beta, but the closer I get the more it seems like It will take til the end of Gamma
(Goals were to be down to 180 lbs and fit in my sz 12 jeans)0 -
Week 5 of beta I had a loss of .7 inches and .6lbs Pounds may have been more but Aunt Flow came last night :grumble:0
