Morning everyone , trust you have all have or are having a great week

This week I have discovered oats and banana baked in the oven - a bit like a low fat, low "ish" calorie flapjack - low fat but high carbs but oats are good for you he says. Second batch mixed with a few teaspoons of honey for extra sweetness - yummy and filling so you need not eat many ;)

Last week better than the week before - a few swims in the lake (some with the sun out others not) but at 20 degrees C it is really refreshing and a mental health tonic

    Scores on the doors

    SW 222 (15.12)
    LW 209.5 (14.13 1/2 )
TW 206. 25 (14.10 1/4) ( that 1/4 would just not be fooled by moving the scales around the bathroom)
    loss for this week 3.25

goal 182 (13 Stone)- so a bit to go yet.....

Have a great week everyone and keep going

Sounds lush … is there a recipe for that? Need to get more fibre in & that could do just the trick?! 😋
