What is your June goals?
How can we help you as a group achieve those goals?

    -Loose the weight I gained In May.
    - drink more water
    - get outside everyday for 30 mins plus

    June goals
    * more family time
    * drink more water
    * I'm cutting my sugars
    * 100 crunches a day
    * stay on track with my studying
    * stationary bike or riding bikes with kids a lot more

    What are you cutting your sugars down to? If you don't mind me asking.

    Also, I was a student last year and something that got me through the studying (I was a full time disability Support Worker/ Care giver, and a full time in class student until the pandemic, and I was pregnant) was recording what I needed to study. Either on a vocie recording on my.phone or a video recording and I would just play it back while I was driving, cleaning, exersicing, going on a walk. It helped me because I would listen to it and then I was eventually repeating it so much it go stuck in my head. Just a fun little might help you.

    June goals

    Get back on track
    Put food away after plating ( I have a bad habit of not being able to stop. Grilled out I ate 4 dogs 3 corn on the cob chips a bun, and still proceeded with 2 smores...uggh)

    Take a moment to realize my mood, maybe journal( if I can ever find time)

    Get these abs into gear!
