May is our first group workout. We will be doing a Booty Buster! This is a 15 minute workout challenge. Exersices: -Mostly all are for 30 second intervals. Today my daughter's 14th birthday. Daughter talks to my mom on the phone.y mom is telling her she should get on a bus and take off to see her. And that she went to Florida by herself when she was 14!
