I'm down 1.2 pounds. I'm really just bouncing around in a range. I have fallen off the horse after the recent task-force challenge, but some of that was "event-driven" (e.g., Jewish holidays, my birthday, and a vacation trip). *Next* week I'll do better!

Up 0.2. The next week or so is tough - 43rd anniversary dinner yesterday, a post-“well, we visits my mother” tonight, and tomorrow starts a week of vacation with a brewery dinner at One Love Brewery in Lincoln NH. (Yes, that’s the place where I had the best burger I've ever had.) and there’s Woodstock Station, and whatever breweries are on our path over the week.
Que sera, sera . . . . 😊1 -
FYI - One Love Brewery went from “gotta go!” To “oh, no!” Over the course of the pandemic.
- They changed their host stand to the patio on the other side of the building (out of sight from parking) so your first notice of that is after you climb a flight of stairs and see the sign.
- They discontinued the burger I enjoyed, and had no grass-fed beef.
- They now only offer a “pre-set” flight rather than customer choice.
- The server took our entree order, then came back twenty minutes later to ask “and have youdecided on your entree?”
Well, they've got a lot of business, so good for them. They don’t need mine.1 -
@crewahl: Sorry to hear a favorite has gone down the tubes. Sometimes I think the "real thing" never can live up to the memory! It's a cruel trick that memory vs. reality plays!1

Down 5.0 lbs this week. Still sticking to a strict Dr diet but just adding more leafy and non starchy veggies then 2 1/2 cup servings at dinner. So far since May12th start WI In down almost 20 lbs. Long way to go but taking it 1 day at a time and 1 meal at a time.1

Glad to see that’s working for you, Derrick.0
