I’m just one year away and feel like I’m passed the point of trying to slip into the 30s something group haha…
39 here and my goal is to slide on into my 40s in hopefully the best shape I’ve been in…granted I’ve got work to do but hoping to find motivation and friends in this group to help get me there!!

Welcome! I just turned 42 last week, and I still behave like I'm in my 30's. I hope you make your goal. My goal is to be flaming hot when I turn 50! I have 8 years to go. LOL. Feel free to add me if you wish.2
