Y'all!! I am out of my medication, and I am really having a hard time keeping my head straight. I'm eating my heart out. But thank God I am not making terrible decisions as far as food is concerned. Please give me ideas to keep from eating. I'm trying to be more active and not let my headspace go nuts.
