I'm down 0.8 pounds. On the good side, I only had alcohol one night this week (which is a major improvement over the past couple of weeks). On the negative side, I snacked on more junk food than I had hoped to. I probably "deserve" a gain, not a loss this week, but I guess I'll just take it and try harder to stick to my plan next week!
Regardless, still maintaining, even if a couple of pounds above my personal target weight. :-)

I’m up a couple of pound, but I don’t know how accurate it is. It’s an off-cycle weigh-in in the middle of vacation, and taken after a salty meal the night before and a larger than normal lunch that had to serve as both lunch and dinner.
So “I’m up” is all I ca commit to as accurate info, and we'll see what next week's weigh-in produces.1 -
Down 2.6 lbs this week. I've been sticking to the Clinic and Dr's 2 milk shake diet and 1 protein and 2 non starchy veggies at night. Not sticking with the half cups of veggies and or salad been going up on those. Last four WI's I'm down 27.8 lbs. Total but it is not easy but the results so far are worth it. DW doing it to and she's down about 11 lbs.0
