    Our winners circle grew since last nice, and here is where we are at:
    Winners Circle

    @WhatMeRunning
    @Summerskier
    @Winner_in_Life
    @TerriRichardson112
    @Victorious55
    @Calvin20874
    @Stella7x7
    @Donna25Trinity
    @maltedtea
    @AshleyCarole86
    @forlangston
    @fourathomej
    @grandmajackie

    I'm reaching out to the following members, and asking them to let me know if they are making the winner's circle for July @Deby137 @BiketheWorld @jtreasures @tdrjustus3

    Lastly, I have a quick shout out to these members who I personally have not seen for a while. Maybe it is just my spotting data sampling. But hoping you are still with us and are finishing out the month. @bovaryoo @znaoiec @chantriste13 @oh_jackie @readyornot1234

    Can you believe it is almost August!!!!!

    Yes, I plan to be in the winner's circle. For some reason, I could not get "community" to come up last night so that I could post. I just did yesterday's and today's. Thanks!

    I’ve been rather sporadic posting this week, but still here, still plodding forward. No winners circle for me, but I think I qualify for champions.

    Thursday was a long but amazing day. I chartered a bus and took 50 people up to oshkosh for the air show. We left at 5 am and got back at midnight. I’m taking 4 days for a mental break because when I go back to work on Tuesday it will be full steam ahead for a big event in august.

    Freggie report:

    Week of July 18 avg 4.42/day

    Sunday: 4
    Monday: 3
    Tuesday: 1
    Wednesday: 5
    Thursday: 2
    Friday: 5

    @biketheworld you are so close 🥦🍅🍒
    I just work on adding 1/2 - 1 serving each week. Watermelon has been really refreshing!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Kitchen Closed? Yes
    Going "nuts" with nuts today? No (26 days-free )
    (I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!

    Pass day 1/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records). Last day of the month...Till holding on to this number:)

    Looking forward to August... humm where did the time go? August already?

    Yes x 3 - managed to hang on and made it to the Winners Circle.

    @oh_jackie - I agree with @SModa61
    Concentrate on posting consistently, and being a Champion. Great NSV, by the way.

    👍🏻Great job: @WhatMeRunning - @DebyS137 - @donna25trinity - @victorious55 -

    @biketheworld - That was a long day at the airshow. Nice work on the Freggies.

    @fourathomej - At least it was a productive soreness. Bravo for hanging in there for the winners circle.

    @lesdarts180 - swimming biking and walking. That was a busy day.

    @clutterqueen - I hope you made it into the Champions.

    Good on all counts today. Had a nice long walk with DW, and spent a good part of today wrestling with installing a new trolling motor on my boat.

    Jul 31:
    C❌ T✔️ E✔️

    Today's exercise included 15 mins yoga and a 60 min walk. Hubby also put a new inner tube on my bike, so I got in a 10 minute bike ride. 😜 My "granny" seat has a bolt missing, and he says that my seat also isn't high enough, so he's going to fix both of those things for me! :love: I also worked with the kettlebell a little bit, working on my form and technique.

    PASSES USED: Too many, But I'm still a champion! 🏆😉

    I'm ready for August!!! :)
