Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Our winners circle grew since last nice, and here is where we are at:
Winners Circle
@MadisonMOlly2017
@WhatMeRunning
@Summerskier
@Winner_in_Life
@TerriRichardson112
@Victorious55
@Calvin20874
@Stella7x7
@Donna25Trinity
@maltedtea
@AshleyCarole86
@forlangston
@fourathomej
@grandmajackie
I'm reaching out to the following members, and asking them to let me know if they are making the winner's circle for July @Deby137 @BiketheWorld @jtreasures @tdrjustus3
Lastly, I have a quick shout out to these members who I personally have not seen for a while. Maybe it is just my spotting data sampling. But hoping you are still with us and are finishing out the month. @bovaryoo @znaoiec @chantriste13 @oh_jackie @readyornot1234
Can you believe it is almost August!!!!!4 -
Yes, I plan to be in the winner's circle. For some reason, I could not get "community" to come up last night so that I could post. I just did yesterday's and today's. Thanks!2

JUL 27-31 - Pass days
T ❎ | C ❔ | E ✅ [> 20 min walk]
Belated NSV: It seems like I am finally figuring out maintenance!For now, this includes:I have continued reading all the posts this month and enjoyed the discussions a lot! I want to participate more regularly again next month, but I am not sure how to report in, since I would like to continue moving towards more intuitive eating/ not necessarily tracking...
1) allowing myself to enjoy walks instead of feeling guilty about not pushing myself to do more high-impact exercise (even purchased my first smart watch to encourage a higher step count)
2) Making good food choices (“freggies“ and an adequate amount of protein) paired with moderate fasting to manage hunger signals
Tracking helped me get a feel for the calorie density of different foods and having data to analyse was reassuring when my weight was fluctuating during weight loss. I had not planned on stopping to track (initially happened out of time reasons), but noticed it was helping me not think about food as much.5 -

@oh_Jackie My solution to support my best at this moment, is to solely concentrate on the "accountability" aspect of the challenge, keep the goals in mind, and to check in daily or at least by the third day. Winners Circle would be nice, but I have not found a way in maintenance that works for me (I know others have) so I am not worrying about it. The true goal is best health, and that is being accomplished for me right now. My spinouts are rare now that I am focusing on timely reporting. For you, customize what you want to report and focus on the champion aspect and reporting in your "day" daily with whatever it is that you wish to share. Those are just my thoughts. Each of us are truely unique and finding what is best for our bodies and minds is most important. (BTW this is making me remember I forgot to report in yesterday - need to go do that)7 -

I’ve been rather sporadic posting this week, but still here, still plodding forward. No winners circle for me, but I think I qualify for champions.
Thursday was a long but amazing day. I chartered a bus and took 50 people up to oshkosh for the air show. We left at 5 am and got back at midnight. I’m taking 4 days for a mental break because when I go back to work on Tuesday it will be full steam ahead for a big event in august.
Freggie report:
Week of July 18 avg 4.42/day
Sunday: 4
Monday: 3
Tuesday: 1
Wednesday: 5
Thursday: 2
Friday: 56 -

Good on all counts today. Had a nice long walk with DW, and spent a good part of today wrestling with installing a new trolling motor on my boat.3

Today's exercise included 15 mins yoga and a 60 min walk. Hubby also put a new inner tube on my bike, so I got in a 10 minute bike ride. 😜 My "granny" seat has a bolt missing, and he says that my seat also isn't high enough, so he's going to fix both of those things for me! I also worked with the kettlebell a little bit, working on my form and technique.
PASSES USED: Too many, But I'm still a champion! 🏆😉
I'm ready for August!!!2
