Breakfast Week 8

Apple Jack Smoothie

What You'll Need:
1 cup plant-based milk
1 whole banana (frozen)
1 whole date
1/2 apple, diced
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup fresh spinach

What You'll Need to Do:
Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, into a blender and blend until smooth (adding more milk if necessary.) Add a few dashes of cinnamon and serve immediately.
