Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Again, barely. Today involved a full day trial so I sat on my butt most of the day. Only two witnesses to swear in, so only got to stand twice during the proceedings. I need to start taking the stairs more, but my courtrooms this week were on the same floor as my office. Next week, I think I'm down a floor, so stairs it is. Was going to take the dog for a walk after dinner but it was raining and she was having none of that! So it was just a short walk a little while ago.
Did I track everything? Yep. It wasn't as bad as yesterday, but still wasn't very pretty.
Did I stay within calories? No. I didn't. Again, not as bad as yesterday, but still not good.
Unless it's raining when I get up in the morning, there is a ride in my future. I'm looking forward to it.
